ARRESTS: More Teens in Trouble
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Mark McManus, 23, of Manchester, was arrested on April 10, two counts of driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 1:25 a.m. at the intersection of North Main and Pleasant streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. McManus is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.
- was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on April 12, and charged with tampering with witnesses and informants (intimidation), a felony, and two default or breach of bail conditions charges. The charges stem from an alleged incident on April 12, on Bonney Street. Cash bail was set at $16,000 and had a court date on April 12.
- Michael D. Catanzano, 26, of Concord, was arrested on April 12, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons). He was arrested at 7:21 a.m. on Ellswoth Street. The alleged victim in the case was his mother, a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Catanzano is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
- , 18, of Concord, was arrested on April 12, and charged with receiving stolen property and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 11:10 a.m. at . The victim was a Webster woman who was an acquaintance. Cash bail was set at $10,000. had a court date April 13.
- Ryan L. Bartlett Jr., 17, of Concord was arrested at 5 p.m. on April 12, theft by deception and conspiracy, both felonies. The charges stem from an alleged incident on Feb. 4, on Knight Street, against a Concord woman who was a stranger to him. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Bartlett, who reportedly attends the Adult Second Start program on Hutchins Street, is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.
- Adam R. Shifrin, 38, of Concord, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. on April 12, and charged with two counts of receiving stolen property. The allegedly incidents occurred on Jan. 18, and Feb. 18, at the at the . The alleged victim in the case was his elderly father. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Shifrin is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.
- Otis T. Faden, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 5:54 p.m. on April 12, on a bench warrant out of the Manchester District Court. Bail was set at $500 and he had a court date on April 13.
- , 31, of Concord, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. on April 12, and charged with possession of controlled drugs, a felony, and possession of drugs. The charges stem from a Nov. 4, 2011, incident at the intersection of Liberty and Forest streets. Police took into evidence an “unknown drug type” at the time. Personal recognizance bail was set at $7,000. Bresnahan is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.
- , 18, of Concord, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. on April 12, on a prowling charge. The alleged incident took place on Jan. 28, on Irving Drive. Alleged victim was a Concord man who was reportedly a stranger to the Concord High School student. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. McGuire-Wiegand is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.
- Robert Donohue, 48, of Keene, was arrested on April 13, on a theft charge. He was arrested at 12:27 p.m. at the on Fort Eddy Road. Police alleged Donohue stole $99.99 worth of groceries that were later recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Donohue has a date in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 14.
