Arrests: More Teens in Trouble

Bryanna Yandoli, 18, of Tilton, was arrested on May 19, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, possession of drugs, unlawful possession of alcohol, and a bench warrant. She was arrested at 10:45 p.m. at on Fort Eddy Road. Police allege that she stole a bottle of Barefoot Pinot Noir valued at $6.99, which was later recovered after the incident. Personal recognizance bail was set at $6,000. Yandoli is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 25.

Robert R. Bauer, 62, of Epping, was arrested on May 25, and charged with sexual assault, simple assault (personal weapons), and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 8:19 p.m. at the on South Main Street. Cash bail was set at $10,000. Bauer had a court date on May 29.

William L. Vinal, 43, of Concord, was arrested on May 30, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested at 9:56 p.m. on Manchester Street. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend, a woman from Pittsfield. Cash bail was set at $5,000. Vinal had a court date on May 31.

Codie M. Brown, 18, of Concord, was arrested at 10:50 a.m. on June 1, and charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief (vandalism). The charges stem from an alleged incident at Fisherville Road on May 24. Police allege that Brown destroyed or damaged a door casing valued at $200, at the apartment of an adult acquaintance. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Brown is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 2.

, 21, of Concord, was arrested at noon on June 1, and charged with receiving stolen property. The charge stems from an alleged incident on East Side Drive on March 21. Police allege that stole a gold wedding band with diamonds and an emerald, a pair of ruby earrings, a pair of sapphire earrings, and a pair of emerald earrings, all valued at $1,027.30. The alleged victim was a woman who was an acquaintance. Wright received no bail and had a court date on June 4.

, 52, of Concord, was arrested on June 1, on a willful concealment charge. He was arrested at 4:20 p.m. at on Storrs Street. Police allege that he stole “packages” valued at $3.99. refused bail and had a court date on June 4.

Raymond Picarello, 41, of Farmington, was arrested at 7:15 p.m. on June 1, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The charges stem from an alleged incident at Concord Tire on Hall Street. Police allege that on May 7, Picarello stole a Mobil Speed Pass from a Newbury woman who was a stranger to him. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Picarello is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 2.

, 55, of Hill, was arrested on June 2, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. He was arrested 4:03 a.m. at the . Cash bail was set at $50,000. Lombardi had a court date on June 2.

Theodore Warren, 34, of Webster, was arrested on June 2, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at the intersection of Centre and North State streets at 1:30 a.m. Warren refused bail and had a court date on June 4.

Diane E. McInnis, 52, of Manchester, was arrested on June 2, on a warrant. He was arrested at 2:21 p.m. at the former Entertainment Cinemas location on Loudon Road.
