ARRESTS: Northfield Man Faces Prowling, Criminal Trepass Charges
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
- Duncan T. Joyal, 21, of Webster, was arrested on Aug. 29, on two bench warrants, from Feb. 3, and July 9. He was arrested at 1:53 p.m. at the intersection of Capitol and North Main streets. Joyal had a court date on Aug. 30.
- Holly S. Pickering, route: {:controller=>"articles", :action=>"show", :id=>"arrests-boscawen-man-arrested-on-criminal-trespass-charge"} -->, 27, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested on Aug. 30, and charged with theft, two counts of possession of controlled drugs, one a felony, and a bench warrant. She was arrested at 12:55 a.m. on Stickney Avenue. Police allege that she stole $293 worth of groceries at 10:49 p.m. on Aug. 29, from on Fort Eddy Road. Police allege that Pickering was in possession of marijuana and “other narcotics” at the time of her arrest. Police allegedly seized a canister and pipe at the time of her arrest. , 23, of Concord, was arrested at 1:39 a.m. on Aug. 31, and charged with criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. The charges stem from alleged incidents on the evening of Aug. 29, on South Spring Street. , 25, of Campton, was arrested on Aug. 31, and charged with theft and default or breach of bail conditions. She was arrested at 1:22 p.m. at . About an hour before her arrest, police allege that Mundy stole items two Hello Kitty notebooks from , two S&P Shakers and an ice cream scoop from the Kitchen Collection, and a Cosmo Steamy Game from , 18, of Concord, was arrested at 8:15 a.m. on Sept. 1, and charged with hindering apprehension or prosecution and default or breach of bail conditions. The charges stem from an alleged incident about an hour before on Holly Street. The , 22, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 2, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 3:25 p.m. on Rumford Street.
