ARRESTS: Nottingham Teen Faces Theft Charge from Sears

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Timothy A. Tuttle, 18, of Nottingham, was arrested on Aug. 24, on a theft charge. He was arrested at 9:26 p.m. at Sears on Loudon Road. Police allege that Tuttle stole a set of JVC earbuds valued at $30. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Smith is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 24.
  • Kristen Jeann J. McAllister, 38, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 25, on a driving while intoxicated charge. She was arrested at 4:08 a.m. on Sewalls Falls Road.
  • Timothy Robert Joy, 20, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 25, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested at 12:57 p.m. outside the Manor Fire Station on Village Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Joy is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 1.
  • Richard Marston, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 26, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested at 12:45 p.m. on Royal Concord Gardens. The alleged victim was his female spouse. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Martson is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct 1.
  • Kristin Michele Walsh, route: {:controller=>"articles", :action=>"show", :id=>"woman-busted-with-tupac-biggie-items"} -->, 27, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 26, on a criminal trespass charge. She was arrested at 6:03 p.m. about 20 minutes after allegedly visiting the store at the . Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. , 44, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 27, and charged with criminal trespass and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 12:50 p.m. at Citizens Bank on North Main Street. Police took two knives and a lighter from Borneman and held them for safekeeping. Cash bail was set at $5,000. , 21, of Boscawen, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. on Aug. 27, and charged with abatement of amplified sounds and a bench warrant. The amplified sound charge was based on an incident at 6:40 p.m. on June 7, at , 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on Aug. 27, on a resisting arrest or detention charge. He was arrested at 9:50 p.m. at the intersection of Washington and Rollins streets. Cash bail was set at $1000 and
