ARRESTS: Pembroke Man Picked Up at Keach Park

  • , 18, of Barnstead, was arrested on July 29, on a possession of drugs charge. He was arrested at 4:40 a.m. on South Street. Police allege that Sullivan was in possession of a purple, glass bong with marijuana in it and an orange glass bong, both of which were seized. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Sullivan is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 10.
  • , 18, a homeless man now reportedly located in Concord, was arrested at 10:32 p.m. on Aug. 6, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and criminal mischief (vandalism). The charges stem from alleged incidents at the on North Main Street at 6 p.m. on July 26. The alleged victim in the case was another homeless man who was reportedly a friend of Carr’s. Police took a ripped, gray T-shirt into evidence. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • , 33, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 13, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. She was arrested at 10:10 p.m. on Penacook Street in Penacook. The alleged victim in the case was her boyfriend, a Concord man. Police allegedly seized marijuana in a pipe from Utter at the time of her arrest. She refused bail and had a court date on Aug. 14.
  • , 18, of Boscawen, was arrested at 7 a.m. on Aug. 14, and charged with littering – unlawful activities and default or breach of bail conditions. The alleged incidents occurred at 9 a.m. on June 20, on Fisherville Road. The victim in the case was Keystone, located at Fisherville Road. is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • , 27, of Concord, was issued a summons at 1:49 a.m. on Aug. 16, for disturbing noises, generally, an ordinance violation, in an apartment on North Main Street. Pickering is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 24.
  • Virginia A. Harriman, 30, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 16, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 5:17 p.m. at the on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500.
  • , 52, of Andover, was issued a summons at 9:05 p.m. on Aug. 16, for possession of alcoholic beverages on public property. He was allegedly in possession of a 24-ounce container of High Gravity Lager in . is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 24.
  • Wilfredo Soto, 34, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 17, on a warrant out of the Manchester Police Department for violation of a protective order. He was arrested at 1:11 a.m. behind Royal Concord Gardens.
  • , 19, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 17, and charged with criminal trespass, resisting arrest, and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 1:13 a.m. on Royal Concord Gardens. He refused bail and had a court date on Aug. 17.
  • Kirsten Lee Porter, 19, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 17, on a warrant. She was arrested at 1:36 a.m. on Lilac Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000.
  • Dennis C. Spaulding, 33, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 17, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and driving without giving proof. He was arrested at 7:27 a.m. on Warren Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Spaulding is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • , 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 10:15 a.m. on Aug. 17, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. The charge is based on an alleged incident at 8:30 a.m. on Aug. 15, outside of Labor Ready on Loudon Road. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend, a Pembroke woman. had a court date on Aug. 17.
  • Jeremy R. McCormack, 38, of Pembroke, was arrested at 2:20 p.m. on Aug. 17, on a criminal threatening (intimidation, etc.) charge. The arrest was based on an alleged incident at the occurred at 6:05 p.m. on Aug. 8, in the woods at Keach Park. The alleged victim was his stepfather, a Pembroke man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. McCormack is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Sept. 17.
  • Randall Phillip Lamy, 49, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 17, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 6:25 p.m. at the intersection of Loudon and Old Dover roads. Cash bail was set at $500 and Lamy had a court date on Aug. 20.
  • Richard Peter Marmol, 42, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 17, on a warrant. He was arrested at 7 p.m. at the on Storrs Street. Marmol had a court date on Aug. 20.
