Arrests: Perley Street Man Arrested Twice in One Morning
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Timothy J. Kingsbury, 27, of Concord, was arrested on May 28, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested at 5:22 a.m. on Grove Street. Police allege that he assaulted his girlfriend. Cash bail was set at $2,000. Kingsbury had a court date on May 29.
- Galen W. Warman, 60, of Concord, was arrested on June 3, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and obstructing the report of crime or injury. He was arrested at 12:34 a.m. on Perley Street. The alleged victim in the case was his female, common-law spouse. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Warman is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 9.
- Galen W. Warman, 60, of Concord, was arrested on June 3, on a default or breach of bail conditions charge. He was arrested at 4:05 a.m. on 60 Perley Street. Police allege that the victim in the case was his female common-law spouse. Cash bail was set at $10,000 and he had a court date on June 4.
- , 22, of Contoocook, was arrested at 6:16 a.m. on June 3, on an attempt to commit credit card fraud charge. Police allege that Pyne attempted to use a Triangle Credit Union Debit VISA card on May 21, at on Loudon Road. The owner of the card was an Amherst woman who reportedly was a stranger to Pyne. He refused bail and had a court date on June 4.
- David A. Lombardi, 18, of Portsmouth, was arrested on June 3, on a criminal trespass charge. He was arrested at 4:13 p.m. at on Pleasant Street. According to an arrest report, police allegedly seized a single tablet of Lipitor from Lombardi at the time of his arrest. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Lombardi is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 9.
- Momodou Fye, 27, of Concord, was arrested on June 2, on two bench warrants. He was arrested at 10:07 p.m. at the intersection of North Main and School streets. Cash bail was set at $500 out of Henniker District Court. Fye had a court date on June 4.
- Kimberly G. Labreque, 42, of Concord, was arrested at 3:29 p.m. on June 4, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The charge stems from an alleged incident on May 23, at on Hall Street. Police allege that Labreque stole $30 worth of currency. Labreque had a court date on June 5.
- Ramona Glenn Reid, 47, of Concord, was arrested at 3:43 p.m. on June 4, on a conduct after an accident charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 1:30 a.m. on April 28, outside on Loudon Road. The victim in the case was the city of Concord. A 2002 Nissan Pathfinder owned by Reid reported damage to a front bumper and under parts of the car. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Reid is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 16.
- , 26, of Pittsfield, was arrested on June 4, and charged with possession of controlled drugs/narcotic drugs with intent to distribute. She was arrested at 7 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Police allegedly seized a receipt of stolen items valued at $175.95, $379 worth of cash, a pink cigarette container and misc. paraphernalia, a Weighmax digital scale, and 3.7 grams of heroin at the time of her arrest. Police reportedly gathered evidence at the scene, including video of the theft. McGrath had a court date on June 5.
