ARRESTS: Pittsfield Man Faces Drug, Driving While Intoxicated Charges
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Russell J. Blodgett, 52, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 14, on two bench warrants. He was arrested at 5 p.m. at the Hess station on North Main Street. Cash bail was set at $2,000 and Blodgett had a court date on Sept. 17.
- Kevin Michael Robie, 45, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 14, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and theft, both felonies. He was arrested at 7:59 p.m. on Manchester Street. Police allege that Robie stole eight 187 ml bottles of Sutter Home Merlot valued at $12 from the Market Basket on Storrs Street earlier in the evening and stole $86 worth of booze from the Cumberland Farms on Manchester Street on Aug. 23. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Doyle is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 15.
- Lenny Joy Colby, 43, of Weare, was issued a summons at 1:50 a.m. on Sept. 15, on a disorderly conduct charge, at the Smile Building on South Main Street. Colby is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
- Benjamin Kelso, 18, of Northfield, was arrested on Sept. 15, on possession of controlled drugs, a felony, possession of drugs, and selling air rifles to young persons, a firearm charge. The charges stem from alleged incidents at 2:15 a.m. on July 16, on Crescent Street. Seized as evidence in the case included a Walther CP99 BB gun, CO2 cartridges, cigarettes, Cash bail was set at $10,000 and Kelso had a court date on Sept. 17.
- Joshua M. McDermott, 24, of Pembroke, was issued a summons at 3:50 a.m. on Sept. 15, for transportation of alcohol/open container after a traffic stop at the intersection of South Main and Thorndike streets. He is due in court on Oct. 29.
- Sean Doyle, 28, of Pittsfield, was arrested on Sept. 16, and charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of controlled drugs, and possession of drugs. The drug charges were both felonies. He was arrested at 12:43 a.m. at the Concord Police Department headquarters on Green Street. Police allege that Doyle was in possession of MDMA at the time of his arrest. Blood was also drawn from Doyle, according to an arrest report. Personal recognizance bail was set at $6,000. Doyle is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
- Mark William Kimball, 27, of Manchester, was arrested on Sept. 16, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and one count of aggravated driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 1:56 a.m. on Manchester Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Kimball is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
- Nicholas R. Paradie, 28, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 16, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 1:58 a.m. at the intersection of Bog and River roads. A blood sample was reportedly taken from Paradie at the traffic stop. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Paradie is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
- Rhonda L. Lampron, 50, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 16, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. She was arrested at 2:33 p.m. about two hours after an alleged incident at Sears on Loudon Road. Police allege that she stole miscellaneous household goods valued at $230. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Lampron is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
- Elizabeth Lampron, 71, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 16, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. She was arrested at 2:33 p.m. about an hour after an alleged incident at Sears on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Lampron is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
- Sean William Ladd, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 6 p.m. on Sept. 16, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 6 p.m. at the Concord Center on Ferry Street. Ladd refused $500 bail and had a court date on Sept. 17.
- Elizabeth M. Giswold, 33, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 16, on a bench warrant. She was arrested at 6:42 p.m. on Warren Street. Cash bail was set at $950. Griswold had a court date on Sept. 17.
- Dominick DePhillips, 40, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 16, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 7:26 p.m. at the Concord Center on Ferry Street. DePhillips refused bail services at $500 and had a court date on Sept. 17.
- Donald E. Stickney, 50, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 16, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested at 11:09 p.m. on Monroe Street after an alleged incident about 30 minutes before. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend, a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Stickney is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
- Mary Ann Hensley, 32, of Concord, was arrested at 6:10 a.m. on Sept. 17, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 8:30 p.m. on Aug. 22, on North State Street. The alleged victim in the case was a Pembroke woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Hensely is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
- Cameron Amirault, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 17, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and driving without given proof. He was arrested at 10:01 a.m. at the intersection of Fisherville Road and Skyline Drive. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Amirault is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
- Michael Francis Ayers, 53, of Concord, was arrested on Sept. 17, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested at 7:05 p.m. at the Concord Crew Boat House near the homeless camp on Loudon Road. The allege victim was a Concord police officer. Ayers refused bail and had a court date on Sept. 18.
