ARRESTS: Plymouth Woman Faces Felony Charges
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Benjamin M. Jenkerson, 69, of Concord, was arrested on July 6, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 3 a.m. at the intersection of Village Street and Beede Drive. Jenkerson had a court date on Aug. 13.
- , 35, of Concord, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. on July 9, on an unsworn falsification charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on May 9, at the headquarters on Green Street. The alleged victim in the case was the state of New Hampshire. Items taken into evidence included a pistol application Jesus’ “rap sheet,” and a “court certified conviction” document. Jesus had a court date on Aug. 13.
- , 48, of South Boston, Mass., was arrested on July 15, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated and possession of controlled drugs. He was arrested at 12:28 a.m. on Water Street. Police allege that Brown was in possession of “marijuana wrapped in a $1 dollar bill.” Police also took pictures of an accident Brown was reportedly involved in. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Brown is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 20.
- , a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested on July 16, and charged with public disposal human waste, a city ordinance violation, and a default or breach of bail conditions charge. He was arrested at 11:25 a.m. at the . Woody refused bail and was arraigned on July 17.
- Bryan C. Gallagher, 34, of Concord, was arrested on July 16, and charged with theft and a bench warrant. He was arrested at 12:44 p.m. at on Storrs Street. Police allege that Gallagher stole Franzia wine and a bottle of pomegranate blueberry juice, both valued at about $16. Both items were recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,500. Gallagher is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on Aug. 20.
- Douglas A. Baillie, 36, of Concord, was arrested on July 16, on a warrant. He was arrested at 1 p.m. on Bradley Street.
- , 63, of Chesapeake, Va., was arrested on July 16, and charged with theft, a felony. She was arrested at 5 p.m. at the on Loudon Road. Police allege that Blais stole $1,261.32 worth of items that were later recovered. Cash bail was set at $5,000. Blais was arraigned on July 17.
- Katherine Anne Drouin, 34, of Plymouth, was arrested on July 16, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and default or breach of bail conditions, both felony charges. She was arrested at 5:12 p.m. at the on Fort Eddy Road. Police allege that Drouin stole $279.20 worth of groceries, items that were later recovered. Cash bail was set at $10,000. Drouin was arraigned on July 17.
- , 25, of Concord, was arrested on July 17, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and a bench warrant out of the Hooksett District Court. She was arrested at 6:55 a.m. outside the Irving station on North State Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $100 and $100 cash bail for the Hooksett court. is due to appear in court again on Aug. 20.
- Anthony Perzichino, 35, of Dudley, Mass., was arrested on July 17, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested at 3:35 p.m. at the intersection of South Main and Pleasant streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Perzichino is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Aug. 20.
