Arrests: Rhode Island Women Face Forgery, Conspiracy Charges

- , 19, of Concord, was arrested at 8 a.m. on May 20, on theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and unlawful possession of alcohol charges. Police allege that Bell stole beer from the Hess on North Main Street at 7:45 a.m. on April 8. He refused bail and had a court date on May 21.
- , 19, of Concord, was arrested at 8:05 a.m. on May 20, and charged with three counts of uttering a forged instrument, receiving stolen property and theft by deception. Bell refused bail services and had a court date on May 21.
- Heather L. Jimmis, 29, of West Warwick, R.I., was arrested on May 24, and charged with two counts of forgery, both felony charges, and a felony charge of attempt to commit fraud. She was arrested at 10:28 p.m. Police allege that Jimmis committed forgery against on Fort Eddy Road at 7:30 p.m. then committed forgery against on Storrs Street at 7:45 p.m. and then attempted to commit fraud at the at 8:14 p.m. Police took into evidence store receipts, $198.34 in currency, a counterfeit $50 at each store, a pair of earrings $10, a mug purchased at , a pair of kids shoes and sandles purchased at Marshalls for $20, fish food and a water at Petco for $7, sandles from Burlington Coat Factory for $9.99. Jimmis refused bail and had a court date on May 25.
- Alyse M. Francis, 23, of Providence, R.I., was arrested on May 24, and charged with three counts of conspiracy to commit, all felony charges. She was arrested at 11:02 p.m. after alleged incidents at the Burlington Coat Factory on Storrs Street, Petco on Fort Eddy Road, and the Marshall’s Department Store on Storrs Street earlier in the evening. Police took $133.34 in U.S. currency as evidence, according to a report. Francis refused bail and had a court date on May 25.
- Harrison Michael Smith, 19, of Concord, was arrested on May 24, and charged with two counts of driving while intoxicated, possession of drugs, unlawful possession of alcohol/open container, transportation of alcohol/open container, and conduct after an accident. He was arrested at 1:30 a.m. on Garvins Falls Road. Police allege that Smith was in possession of a pipe with marijuana residue and scissors with marijuana residue. An open can of Pabst Blue Ribbon was allegedly in the vehicle, according to police. Police also allege that Smith drove his 1996 Jeep Cherokee into the yard of the Garvins Falls Road home, causing damage to a lawn. Personal recognizance bail was set at $7,000. Smith is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 25.
- , 49, of Concord, was arrested on May 25, on a warrant. He was arrested at 4:49 p.m. on Storrs Street. The warrant was out the Sixth Circuit District Court. Bail was set at $2,000. Gee had a court date on May 29.
- Robert Lawrence McGrath, 52, of Derry, was arrested on May 25, and charged with theft of services and default or breach of bail conditions. He was arrested at 9:08 p.m. after allegedly not paying for a Mai Tai beverage valued at $6.95 at the on North Main Street. Cash bail was set at $4,000. McGrath had a court date on May 29.
- Taylor Courtney Salem-Clement, 17, of Concord, was arrested on May 25, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. She was arrested at 9:50 a.m. at . Police allege that she assaulted another CHS student who was an acquaintance. Police spoke to four witnesses in the case, including three students. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Salem-Clement is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 25.
- Samantha L. Taylor, 20, of Pittsfield, was arrested at 4:19 p.m. on May 25, and charged with four counts of theft by deception. Police allege that Taylor targeted on Loudon Road once on April 11, and three times on April 24, resulting in $328 worth of cash and merchandise. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Taylor is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 25.
- Keirsten Gadwah, 17, of Concord, was summonsed at 4:40 a.m. on May 26, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. The charge relates to an incident at the on Fisherville Road. Gadwah is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 9
- IV, 28, of Concord, was arrested on May 27, and charged with robbery; armed, a felony, two counts of criminal threatening (use of deadly weapon, a knife or cutting instrument), both felonies, resisting arrest or detention, and two counts of simple assault (personal weapons). He was arrested at 12:28 a.m. after an incident at the Tedeschi Food Shop on South Main Street. Church refused bail and had a court hearing on May 29.
- Jeremy S. Eberhard, 30, of Hudson, was arrested on May 27, on a disorderly conduct charge. He was arrested at 1:45 a.m. at Penuche’s on Pleasant Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Eberhard is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 2.
- , 22, of Concord, was arrested on May 27, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested at 12:40 p.m. on Loudon Road. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Velez-Ramos is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 2.
- Noble M. Bowen, 33, of Concord, was arrested on May 27, on a bench warrant. He was arrest at 11:37 p.m. at the Hess on North Main Street. The warrant was from the Concord District Court for disorderly conduct. Cash bail was set at $5,000. Bowen had a court date on May 29.
