ARRESTS: Sanbornton Man Allegedly Steals Shoes from Sears
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- , 18, of Pembroke, was arrested at 1:16 p.m. on March 16, and charged with 20 counts of forgery, all felonies, three counts of Receiving Stolen Property, one a felony, and three counts of Theft By Unauthorized Taking Or Transfer, one a felony. The alleged victim in the case was her father. Personal recognizance bail was set at $26,000 and Rhoades is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on March 16.
- Mark A. Lucier, 50, of Concord, was arrested on March 18, and charged with Driving After Revocation Or Suspension and Driving Without Giving Proof. He was arrested at 6:39 a.m. on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. He is due in Sixth District Court on April 23.
- , 28, of Concord, was arrested on March 18, and charged with Possession Of Controlled Drugs and Criminal Mischief (Vandalism). She was arrested at 3:20 a.m. on Wyman Street. Police allege that Oliver was in possession of marijuana, a marijuana “roach,” a pipe with marijuana residue, and a grinder with residue. Police also allege that Oliver destroyed or damaged a wood floor at the Wyman Street address. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000 and she is due back in Sixth District Court on April 23.
- Joshua D. Melendy, 27, of Concord, was arrested on March 19, on an Attempt To Commit Criminal Mischief charge. He was arrested at 11:41 a.m. on Clinton Street. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend. Police reportedly took photos of the victim’s car as part of the case against Melendy. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000 and he’s due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 23.
- Shiloh N. Gray, 28, of Sanbornton, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on March 19, and charged with Theft and Driving After Revocation Or Suspension. Police allege that Gray stole a pair of Black File Firestone Low shoes valued at $65 from on Loudon Road. Gray reportedly left a pair of white shoes behind. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Gray is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 23.
- , 21, of Concord, was arrested on March 20, on a Bench Warrant. was arrested at 2 a.m. on Rumford Street. He was wanted by the Concord District Court for Failure to Pay Fines, according to an arrest report. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500 and had a court date on March 21.
- Caralee Doyle, 39, of Concord, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. on March 20, on a Theft, All Other, charge. Police allege that she stole a bottle of Mikes Hard Pomegranate Lemonade from the station on Fisherville Road on April 7, 2009. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000 and she is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on April 23.
- , 32, of Concord, was arrested on March 21, on a Bench Warrant. He was arrested at 10:43 a.m. on March 21, on Oak Hill Road. The warrant was out of the Concord District Court. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500. LeBlanc had a court date on March 22.

- , 23, of Allenstown, was arrested on March 21, on two Bench Warrants. He was arrested at 7:30 p.m. at the Hess station on Hall Street. Bail was set at $2,500 and he had a court date on March 22.
