ARRESTS: Suncook Man Faces Simple Assault, Revocation Charges

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Jennifer Rena Wozmak, 46, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 14, and charged with theft, receiving stolen property, and possession of controlled drugs. She was arrested at 7 p.m. on Alton Woods Drive after an alleged incident at Sears on Loudon Road an hour earlier. Police allege that Wozmak stole black boots, leggins, and sneakers, all valued at $115. Police also allege she was in possesion of an ounce of marijuana. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000, and she is due in court on Nov. 19. 
  • Raymond P. Brown, 50, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 15, and charged with three counts of simple assault (personal weapons). He was arrested at 6:06 a.m. on Jennings Drive. The alleged victim in the case was his spouse, a Concord woman. Brown refused bail and had a court date on Oct. 15.
  • Amanda R. Galasti, 22, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 15, and charged with attempt to commit simple assault, criminal mischief (vandalism), and resisting arrest or detention. She was arrested at 4:15 a.m. about 45 minutes after the alleged incidents at an apartment on East Side Drive. The alleged victim in the case was her boyfriend, a Concord man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000. Galasti is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
  • Joshua D. Ingram, 18, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 15, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 3 p.m. at the intersection of Pleasant and South Fruit streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,500 and he had a court date on Oct. 15
  • Jamie Turgeon, 31, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 15, and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and criminal trespass. She was arrested at 5:58 p.m. on Summer Street, about 30 minutes after the alleged incidents. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Turgeon is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
  • 20, of Concord, received a summons on Oct. 16, for driving after revocation or suspension at 12:30 a.m. on Oct. 10, outside of Burger King on Loudon Road. She has a court date on Nov. 5.
  • Kaitlin E. Cook, 23, a homeless woman now located in Concord, was arrested on Oct. 16, on a warrant. She was arrested at 1:15 a.m. at the Dunkin’ Donuts on South Main Street.
  • Carli E. Genest, 41, of Concord, was arrested at 8:15 a.m. on Oct. 16, and charged with unsworn falsification and tampering with witnesses and informants. The charges stem from alleged incidents at Merrimack Valley High School on Sept. 14. Personal recognizance bail was set at $7,000. Genest is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
  • Austin Gimby, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 9:25 a.m. on Oct. 16, and charged with possession of controlled drugs, a felony, and possession of drugs. The charges stem from an alleged incident at 2:08 a.m. on July 10, at the intersection of South Spring and Clinton streets. Personal recognizance bail was set at $14,000. Gimby is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
  • Steve D. Gagne, 40, of Suncook, was arrested at 7:58 p.m. on Oct. 16, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and driving after revocation or suspension. The charges stem from alleged incidents at Walmart on Loudon Road on Sept. 8. The alleged victim in the case was a Newport man who was otherwise unknown to Gagne. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Gagne is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
  • Brian J. Doyle, 45, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 16, on a bench warrant for a speeding charge. He was arrested at Loudon Road at 9:45 p.m. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000 and he had a court date on Oct. 18.
  • Felicia A. McMahon, 26, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 16, on three bench warrants out of Nashua District Court. She was arrested at 10:48 p.m. at the Concord Police Department headquarters. Bail was set at $1,500 and she had a court date on Oct. 17.
  • Azemina Cardakovic, 19, of Manchester, was arrested on Sept. 25, and charged with possession of controlled drugs and possession of drugs. She was arrested at 1:36 a.m. on Bow Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Cardakovic is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Oct. 29.
  • Hannah Colby, 26, of Pembroke, was arrested at 1:12 p.m. on Oct. 10, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons), simple assault (other), and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer. The charges stem from an alleged incident at 3 p.m. on Sept. 25, at the Concord Food Co-op on South Main Street. The alleged victim in the case was a male employee at the store. Personal recognizance bail was set at $6,000. Colby is due in Sixth Circuit District Division Court on Nov. 19.
  • Jenna Lyn L. Patterson, 26, of Boscawen, was arrested at 3:41 p.m. on Oct. 14, and charged with unauthorized use of a propelled vehicle, and two bench warrants, from the Concord and Manchester police departments. The charges stem from alleged incidents on July 23, on Loudon Road, and Clinton Street on Sept. 13, and Oct. 2. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord woman who was otherwise known to Patterson. Cash bail was set at $300 and she was arraigned on Oct. 15.
  • Adam C. Fowler, 23, of Concord, was arrested on Oct. 15, and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism) and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested at 1:29 a.m. on Storrs Street. Police allege that Fowler painted graffiti on a dumpster owned by Bestway Disposal Services, the alleged victim in the case. Cash bail was set at $4,000 and Fowler had a court date on Oct. 15.
