ARRESTS: Teen Charged with Theft, Assault at Merrimack Valley High School

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Ryan Walter Dawes, 25, of Manchester, was arrested at 9:15 p.m. on Oct. 20, on a warrant. Officers were dispatched to Leanne Lane to locate Dawes who was wanted by Manchester Police on two counts of simple assault. Ryan was taken into custody and later, handed over to Manchester Police.
  • Brenden Douillette, 17, of Boscawen, was arrested at 3:57 p.m. on Oct. 22, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and simple assault. Douillette turned himself in to police on the charges that stemmed from alleged incidents at Merrimack Valley High School on Sept. 26, and Oct. 4. Police allege that Douillette stole an HP Ipaq pocket PC valued at $349 on Sept. 26. He was released on personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Dec. 9.
  • Matthew Crispin, 25, of Manchester, was arrested at 4:27 p.m. on Oct. 22, on an unsworn falsification charge. Crispin turned himself in to police on the charge which stems from an alleged incident at Dick’s Sporting Goods on Loudon Road on March 5. Crispin was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in court on Dec. 9.
  • Devin M. Blais, 20, of Nashua, was arrested at 4:54 p.m. on Oct. 24, and charged with theft and unlawful possession of alcohol. An officer was dispatched to the Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road for the report of a shoplifter in custody. Upon arrival, the officer met with the store manager who stated that he had an individual in custody who allegedly tried to steal three 30-packs of Budweiser. The manager alleged that the individual, later identified as Blais, allegedly placed the cases in a store carriage and proceeded to leave without paying for the beer. The manager stopped Blais outside the store and requested a receipt for the beer and Blais allegedly stated he didn’t have a receipt. He then agreed to come back into the store, according to the manager. The value of the beer was about $54. The officer then spoke to Blais, who allegedly stated he didn’t have an ID and called himself “Devin Blaze.” Blais allegedly told the officer that he was dropped off at the store by a friend and didn’t have his wallet with him. Blais reportedly told the officer he was up from Nashua visiting friends who attend NHTI. Dispatch reported that Blais didn’t appear to be in the system and Blais allegedly admitted that he gave a wrong birth year since he was not of legal drinking age. Blais later gave the officer his Social Security number, and his identity was confirmed and he was arrested. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail and is due in Concord District Court on Dec. 9.
  • Vincent L. Soltani, 17, of Epsom, was arrested at 2:35 p.m. on Oct. 26, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 3 p.m. on Oct. 15, on Fairfield Drive in Concord. Soltani turned himself in to police. He was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail. 
  • Joel E. Werren, 29, of Epsom, was arrested at 3:51 p.m. on Oct. 26, on a theft charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at the Shell gas station on Sheep Davis Road at 7:49 a.m. on Oct. 15. Police allege that Werren stole a bottle of Nesquik valued at $3. Video surveillance from the station was taken as evidence. Werren turned himself in to police and was released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail. 
  • Scott David Hollis, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 8:14 a.m. on Oct. 27, on a driving after revocation or suspension. The charge stems from an alleged incident at 6:30 a.m. on Aug. 2. An officer driving eastbound on Rex Drive reportedly saw a man standing on the edge of the property that looked like Hollis and recalled a message going out to look for him. The officer ran Hollis’ name through the system and a warrant on a driving charge came up. The officer approached Hollis to speak with him and he allegedly told the officer that he had already been arrested for the charge. The officer said the arrest Hollis was speaking about was an Aug. 3, driving charge and the Aug. 2, charge was when his mother called to report that she allegedly saw him driving while he had suspended privileges. The warrant was issued on Sept. 6, according to the report. Hollis was arrested and later, released on $3,000 personal recognizance bail.
  • Trevor John Hanson, 19, of Concord, was arrested at 11:10 a.m. on Oct. 27, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and criminal mischief (vandalism). The alleged incidents took place at 9 a.m. on Oct. 11, on Rumford Street and involved a Huawei cellphone valued at $150 that was destroyed or damaged. Hanson turned himself in to police and was released on $5,000 personal recognizance bail.
  • Kenneth Convicer, 54, of Meredith, was arrested at 11:47 p.m. on Oct. 28, on a warrant. Officers were sent to the Holiday Inn on North Main Street to pick up Convicer on a domestic violence violation out of Henniker. He wasn’t in his room but later, was found on North Main Street. Convicer was later handed off to Henniker Police at headquarters.
  • Sheen Kameko Jarvis, 30, of Concord, was arrested at 11:01 p.m. on Oct. 30, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. Officers were called to a domestic dispute on Canton Circle between a couple. The woman, Jarvis, allegedly admitted to grabbing her ex-boyfriend’s face while trying to discuss watching their daughter, so she could clean up toys in a room. After Jarvis walked away from the argument, she alleged that her ex shoved her, and they continued to argue. Later, she alleged, the ex stormed upstairs and she followed, and when she looked up, her cat was airborne, flying down the stairs. After that, she called police. The reporting officer spoke to the ex-boyfriend who alleged that Jarvis kept asking to use his car and he said no, and asked her to stop bossing him around. He alleged that Jarvis grabbed his jaw and demanded that he watch their daughter. He allegedly admitted to pushing her away and the argument escalated but he later went upstairs to watch their daughter. While upstairs, he startled the cat, who was sitting at the top of the stairs, and the cat jumped down the stairs. The officer wrote that the man stated that “at no point did he hit Sheena.” She was arrested and later, released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail. She’s due in court on Dec. 9.
  • Erin E. Freeman, 34, of Pembroke, was arrested at 2:50 p.m. on Oct. 31, on an endangering the welfare of a child/incompetent charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Oct. 15, at an apartment on Cherry Street. Freeman turned herself in to police and was released on $2,000 personal recognizance bail. She’s due in court on Dec. 9.
