Arrests: Teens Busted with Alcohol

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Marie Brasier, 27, of Concord, was issued a summons at 6:40 a.m. on May 28, and charged with criminal mischief (vandalism). The alleged victim in the case was her boyfriend. Police allege that Brasier used a screwdriver to puncture a floor fan, causing $60 worth of damage, on Laurel Street. She is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 25.

Lori L. Daskal, 48, of Concord, was arrested on May 28, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. She was arrested at 12:18 p.m. on North State Street. The alleged victim was her daughter, a woman from Concord. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. Daskal is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 2.

, 32, of Concord, was arrested on May 28, and charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest or detention. He was arrested at 8:04 p.m. at the intersection of Pleasant and South Main streets. He refused bail and had a court date on May 29.

Dhana Bastola, 22, of Concord, was arrested on May 29, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension, suspended registration (operating-misd), and two bench warrants. He was arrested at 12:35 a.m. outside the Hood plant on North State Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $6,000. Bastola is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 2.

, 22, of Concord, was arrested at 2:25 p.m. on May 29, and charged with organized retail crime enterprise, a felony, receiving stolen property, theft by deception, criminal liability for the conduct of another, and default or breach of bail conditions. Police allege that Horsfield stole two baseball gloves valued at $89.97 on May 23, from on Loudon Road, and then returned one of them for store credit. The other glove was recovered. She refused bail and had a court date on May 30.

Tiffany Elizabeth Proulx, 31, of Concord, was arrested on May 29, and charged with driving after revocation or suspension and speed – basic rule. She was arrested at 1:05 p.m. outside the on North State Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000. Proulx is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 2.

Joseph G. Barlow, 46, of Concord, was arrested at 2:45 p.m. on May 29, and charged with second degree assault (personal weapons), a felony, simple assault (personal weapons), duty to report, and a bench warrant for non-appearance on a fraudulent use of a credit card charge. The assault charges relate to an alleged incident on Concord Street on Nov. 18, 2011. The alleged victim was a Concord woman who was an acquaintance. Cash bail was set at $1,100. Barlow had a court date on May 30.

Michael L. Camann, 46, of Candia, was arrested at 7:25 p.m. on May 29, on a conduct after an accident charge. The charges stems from an incident on May 16, outside the on Manchester Street. The alleged victim in the case was a woman from Belmont.

, 47, of Concord, was arrested on May 30, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested at 11:21 a.m. outside on Eastman Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 2.

Anthony W. Deforge Jr., 23, of Franklin, was arrested on May 30, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested 12:20 p.m. near on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Deforge is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 2.

, 51, of Concord, was arrested on May 30, on a warrant. She was arrested at 12:50 p.m. at on Liberty Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Hodge had a court date in Milford District Court on June 6.

Hason L. Mailhot, 32, of Concord, was arrested on May 30, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. He was arrested at 6 p.m. on on Storrs Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Mailhot is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 2.

Ryan R. Boisvert, 23, of Concord, was arrested on May 30, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 6:20 p.m. at on Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $250. Boisvert is due in Goffstown District Court on June 26.

Joshua D. Ingram, 17, of Concord, was arrested on May 31, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. He was arrested at 9:45 p.m. on Cremin Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. The student is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on July 2.
