ARRESTS: Thornton Teen Allegedly Steals Bank Card, Goes to Irving

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

  • Samarra M. Clark, 29, of Concord, was summonsed at 1:53 a.m. on April 18, for possession of alcoholic beverages – public property, at the intersection of Warren and Federal streets. She was allegedly in possession of a can of Bud Light. Clark is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
  • Jonathan Roberge, 19, of Thornton, was arrested at 1:06 p.m. on April 18, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and fraudulent use of credit card. Police allege that Roberge took a debit card from a Concord man who lives on Loudon Road and used it to purchase $70.31 worth of items at the gas station on Loudon Road on Feb. 29. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Roberge is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
  • , 42, of Concord, was arrested at 2:05 a.m. on April 19, on a receiving stolen property charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident on Storrs Street on April 7, involving a brown leather purse. According to an arrest report, police reportedly seized a knife with a wolf head handle for safe keeping. Snair refused bail and had a court date on April 19.
  • , 18, of Concord, was arrested on April 19, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. She was arrested at 2:46 a.m. on 90 Broadway. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Bennett is due back in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
  • Andre Call, 20, of Concord, was arrested on April 19, on an unlawful possession of alcohol charge. He was arrested at 2:52 a.m. at the intersection of Broadway and Allison Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Call is due back in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
  • , 19, of Concord, was arrested at 3:16 a.m. on April 19, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. The charge stems from an incident at the on North Main Street on April 7. The student is in CDC custody on previous charges. had a court date on April 19.
  • Russell Jay Blodgett, 52, of Concord, was arrested on April 19, and chared with robbery unarmed, simple assault (personal weapons), and theft. He was arrested at 9:05 a.m. at the on Storrs Street. He allegedly stole a 24 ounce can of Keystone Light Beer. Blodgett had a court date on April 19.
  • Erik Farrar, 17, of Deerfield, was summonsed at 12:35 p.m. on April 19, on a generic city ordinance while on South Fruit Street. He is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
  • Renee Johnson, 27, of Concord, was arrested on April 20, on a bench warrant out of the Milford District Court. She was arrested at 2:40 a.m. on Perley Street. Personal recognizance bail was set at $500. She has a court date on May 14.
  • Tyler James Osgood, 24, of Belmont, was arrested on April 20, on a bench warrant. He was arrested at 8:40 p.m. at Royal Gardens. He had a court date on April 23.
  • Benjamin Emanuel Parker, 22, of Concord, was arrested on April 21, on an operating after suspension charge. He was arrested at 11:37 p.m. on Dixon Avenue. Personal recognizance bail was set at $750. He had a court date on April 24.
  • Michael Colby, 28, of Meredith, was arrested at 7:41 p.m. on April 21, on a theft charge. The incident allegedly occurred at on Loudon Road on March 26. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Colby is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on May 21.
