ARRESTS: Tilton Teen in Trouble Again, Allegedly Steals Candy
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- , 21, of Concord, was arrested on June 10, on two counts of driving while intoxicated. She was arrested at 2:05 a.m. at the intersection of Burns Avenue and Loudon Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $1,000. Nolan is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
- Nicholas J. Luoma, 27, of Concord, was arrested on June 10, and charged with simple assault (personal weapons) and disorderly conduct. He was arrested outside the on Loudon Road. The alleged victim in the case was a sibling. Personal recognizance bail was set at $3,000. Luoma is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
- , 24, of Belmont, at 12:20 p.m. on June 11, and charged with disorderly conduct, driving after revocation or suspension, and a warrant. The charges stem from alleged incidents at the intersection of South and Clinton streets on June 11, and the at 4 p.m. on April 20. Osgood refused bail and had a court date on June 12.
- Jonathan Laughlin, 23, of Concord, was arrested at 12:25 p.m. on June 11, and charged with a bench warrant from the Manchester Police Department for receiving stolen property and a recovered property ordinance violation. Police seized two camera, four memory cards, and a power cord “for safe keeping.” He was held on $3,000 cash bail and had a court date on June 12.
- , 20, of Concord, was arrested on June 11, on a resisting arrest or detention charge. She was arrested at 12:45 p.m. at the Holiday Inn on Main Street. allegedly injured a police officer during the altercation. Police seized a knife and held it for safe keeping, according to an arrest report. Norton was offered no bail and had a court date on June 12.
- Jessica M. Russell, 18, of Concord, was issued a summons at 6:30 p.m. on June 11, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge from at the on Loudon Road. Police allege that Russell stole a razor necklace valued at $9.99.
- Ashley Kristen Melanson, 22, of Weare, was arrested on June 11, on a driving after revocation or suspension charge. She was arrested at 6:35 p.m. at the intersection of Clinton Street and Iron Works Road. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Melanson Personal recognizance bail was set at $5,000. Walton is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
- Shawn Mounsey, 28, of Concord, was arrested on June 12, and charged with possession of drugs, driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated (second offense), and aggravated driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 1:37 a.m. at the intersection of Acorn Drive and Long Pond Road. Police allege that Mounsey was in possession of 10 doses of 25 milligram tablets of diphenhydramine HCI and marijuana residue in a blue multi-colored smoking device. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Mounsey is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
- Brett Alexander Seeley, 27, of Concord, was arrested on June 13, on a theft charge. He was arrested at 9 a.m. at the on Fort Eddy Road. Police allege that Seeley, who reportedly works for a landscaping company in Chichester, stole $309 worth of copper outdoor wire, which was later recovered. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Seeley is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
- Jeffrey S. Clark, 27, of Concord, was arrested at 12:32 p.m. on June 13, on a violation of privacy charge. The charge stems from an alleged incident at on South Street on May 23. The alleged victim was a Manchester woman who was reportedly a stranger to Clark. Police reportedly seized Clark’s Samsung cellphone and wall charger into evidence. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Walton is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on July 16.
- , 18, of Tilton, was arrested 7:09 p.m. on June 13, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. Police allege that Yandoli stole a Reese’s candy bar valued at $3.94 from the on Loudon Road on May 19. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Yandoli is due in Sixth Circuit District Division court on June 25.
- Nathan Matthew Dostie, 24, of Concord, was arrested on June 13, and charged with two counts of criminal trespass. He was arrested at 8:45 p.m. at the Walmart on Loudon Road. Cash bail was set at $4,000. Dostie had a court date on June 14.
