ARRESTS: Weare Woman Faces Five Counts of Credit Card Fraud
The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

- Daniel Licman, 47, of Concord, was arrested on May 5, and charged with driving while intoxicated. He was arrested at 2:17 a.m. outside of on Sheep Davis Road while reportedly driving a 2003 Buick Century. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Licman is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 11.
- Rachel Rinan, 29, of Webster, was arrested on May 5, and charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and transportation of alcohol/open container. She was arrested at 12:30 p.m. on 87 Blackwater Road. Police allege that Rinan was in possession of an open bottle of Absolut Wild Tea vodka, valued at $20. Personal recognizance bail was set at $4,000. Rinan is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 11.
- Quentin D. Lauradunn, 42, of Concord, was arrested on May 5, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested at 11:13 p.m. on North Main Street. The alleged victim in the case was his girlfriend, a Putney, VT, woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Lauradunn is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 11.
- Gregory Mitchell, 33, of Manchester, was arrested on May 6, on a driving while intoxicated charge. He was arrested at 12:18 a.m. outside the on South Main Street. Mitchell is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
- , 26, of Concord, was arrested on May 6, on a theft by unauthorized taking or transfer charge. She was arrested at 6:33 p.m. at at the . Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Walsh is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 11.
- , 26, of Concord, was arrested on May 7, on a simple assault (personal weapons) charge. She was arrested 4:55 a.m., more than an hour after an alleged incident on Warren Street. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord man. Personal recognizance bail was set at $2,000. Teachout is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 11.
- Edward Norman Raymond, 22, of Epsom, was issued a summons at 9:42 a.m. on May 7, for driving after revocation or suspension. Raymond is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 18.
- , 40, of Concord, was summonsed at 2:30 pm. on May 7, on two possession of controlled drugs felony charges. Police allege that on Sept. 25, 2011, on North State Street, Negron was in possession of suspected heroin in a small plastic bag valued at $30, seven suboxone pills in plastic bag valued at $100, three hypodermic needles, and a camo bag containing hygiene items. Police also reportedly seized his LG cell phone. Negron had a court date on May 8.
- , 20, of Concord, was arrested at 2:43 p.m. on May 7, and charged with criminal liability for conduct of another, a felony. The allegations stem from an alleged incident on Feb. 5, on North Main Street. The alleged victim in the case was a Concord man who was a stranger to Norton. Norton was held on $25,000 cash bail and had a court date on May 8.
- Elizabeth C. Martin, 24, of Concord, was arrested at 3:29 p.m. on May 7, and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and fraudulent use of a credit card, felony. She was arrested at 3:29 p.m. on Penacook Street. The alleged victim was Martin’s mother, a Concord woman. Personal recognizance bail was set at $12,000. Martin is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 11.
- Leeanne M. Sanders, 25, of Weare, was arrested at 8:10 p.m. on May 7, on five counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. The alleged victim in the case was a Rochester woman who was a stranger to Sanders. Police allege that on Oct. 24, 2011, Sanders used a Northeast Credit Union ATM Card at on 89 North Main Street four times, and Citizens Bank, 1 Capital Plaza, once. She allegedly stole $437.50 from the account. Police gathered video evidence in the case. Personal recognizance bail was set at $10,000. Sanders is due in Sixth Circuit District Court on June 11.
