Teacher Business Grant Applications Now Being Accepted

The announces that applications for this year’s are now being accepted.

Through the Business Grants program, the Chamber awards grants to teachers who have developed innovative teaching programs for use in Capital-area schools. Recipients demonstrate to the committee that their projects fit a specific educational need, are unique to their respective schools and are not supported by the school system’s annual budget. Funding for the Business Grants program is raised through the Chamber’s annual Funds for Education Golf Tournament to be held Aug. 1, this year at .

The deadline for submission of this grant application is Thursday, May 31.
