In Battle Of The 19-1s, Timberlane Beats Concord: NH Wrestling Results
Exeter tops 2 in Manchester; Bedford, Londonderry, Milford, Salem, Souhegan, Windham also win; Merrimack, Nashua, Portsmouth wrestle, too.
CONCORD, NH — Wednesday night was a battle of the 19-1s when the Timberlane Owls faced off against the Crimson Tide varsity wrestling team at Concord High School.
Both teams were tied in the division, so everyone in attendance expected to see a relatively competitive event. But it was not even close: The Owls walked away with a 52 to 15 win.
Wayne Gutierrez and Griffin Norwalt for Concord won by pins, while Maximus Chung won by decision.

Concord’s JV squad, which had won or tied all of its bouts for the 2023-2024 season, lost, too, 4 to 2. Winning for Concord were Sawyer McCready and Jacob Breau.
It was also Senior Night for Concord. Captains Levi Madison, Hunter Richard, and Norwalt, as well as Devon Farwell, Casey Thompson, and Manager Alizah Johnson, who are all graduating later this year, and their families, were feted before the matches.

Bedford Bests Keene
Also on Wednesday, Bedford beat Keene, 42 to 31. Brody Duval, Kiaben Kennedy, Seth Hastey, Zach Poole, Robert Craig, Tucker Watson, and Gavin McConnell all won for Bedford. Keene and Bedford both won forfeit matches. View the full results here.
Exeter Handles Central And Memorial
Exeter easily beat Manchester Central, 72 to 9, after being awarded nine wins by forfeit. For Exeter, Avery Niemi, William McLlroy, and Caleb Sturtevant won. Demetrio Cortez won for Central. View the full results here.

Goffstown beat Portsmouth on Wednesday, 62 to 16. Andrew Nilly and Khamis Elsaid won for Portsmouth. In an exhibition match, Sherburne won for Portsmouth. Goffstown won two matches by forfeit, while Portsmouth won one. View the full results here.
Hudson Beats Manchester West
Wrestlers from Alvirne High School beat West, 65 to 18. Jeremiah Ramnanan and Colin Taylor both won for West. Alvirne won five matches by forfeit and West won one. View the full results here.
Londonderry Bests Nashua North
The Lancers beat the Titans on Wednesday, 45 to 30. Dylan Nadeau, Moqsid Rahmami, Finn Millis, David Pento, and Patrick O’Connor won for Londonderry by pins, while Caleb Holden won by decision. Owen Gagnon and Gavin Page both won by pin for Nashua. Sebastian Ochoa and Julian Arias Pallandi won for Nashua in exhibition matches, while Jaylynn Valentin, Conner Parsons, and Chase Prado won for Londonderry. Milford Beats Merrimack At Home
The Spartans beat the Tomahawks on Wednesday, 56 to 24. Milford won four matches by forfeit, while Merrimack won one. Elijah Wales, Brandon Leeman, Kiernan Lordan, Colton Schuster, Cameron Stickney, and Evan O’Connell won for Milford. Merrimack winners included Connor Sayball, Grant Descheneaux, and Carter Anderson. Salem Wins Against Panthers, 70 to 12
The Blue Devils beat Nashua South on Wednesday, including seven forfeited bouts due to weight categories. Evan Lynch, Cameron Monahan, Jonathan Belkus, Daniel Hughes, and Tyler Pavidis all won for Salem, while Connor Whitman and Toby Brackett won for Nashua South. View the full results here.
Souhegan Beats ConVal Regional Wednesday
Wrestlers from Amherst and Mont Vernon beat ConVal, 48 to 22. Benjamin Smiley, Austin Silk, Chase Knuckle, Gabriel Holt, and Seamus Wellen all won for Souhegan. Souhegan won by forfeit three times, while ConVal won two. View the full results here.

The Jaguars beat the Astros, 51 to 27. Windham winners included Con Isaac, Ryan Dogherty, Zoe Millette, Liam McGrail, Slayde Watson, Tyler Tokanel, Dylan Suliveras, and two forfeits.
