According to a court affidavit, at around 2:30 a.m. on Nov. 17, 2015, police were sent to Poor Richards Drive in Bow for a woman calling 911 requesting police to come to her home.

The woman stated that she could not speak because someone was in her home. The first officer to arrive was familiar with the woman and the address since she had an active restraining order against Caouette.

The officer parked his cruiser a few houses away from the home to scope out the situation and allegedly saw the woman and Caouette speaking in the driveway. The officer approached the scene, patted down Caouette, and asked him what he was doing on the property.

“Caouette went on to tell me that an elaborate story that he was sent here to die and (there) was supposed to be a mob hit against him,” the officer alleged, “but no one was here.”

The officer asked him again, what he was doing, since there was an active restraining order against him from being on the property, and Caouette allegedly stated that he was “wrong” for being on the property.

The woman stated that before calling police, Caouette was allegedly “standing over her as she laid in bed” and entered the home through a window. Later, she allegedly was able to convince him to go outside with her to have a cigarette and talk, and quickly called police on her cell while he walked outside.
