Bitter Cold Temperatures And Snow Are Coming To New Hampshire: Weekend Weather
The National Weather Service is warning of "dangerously cold wind chills" this weekend for the Granite State.
CONCORD, NH — Bundle up, Granite Staters: Weather forecasters are calling for a very cold weekend, with more snow on the way, too.
On Thursday morning, the National Weather Service issued a “hazardous weather outlook” warning of a strong cold front heading to New Hampshire. The front was expected to be in the region Saturday afternoon or evening.

“Bitterly cold temperatures return along with gusty westerly winds,” the alert stated. “Dangerously cold wind chills are expected to develop as early as Saturday night, and may continue through Sunday night for portions of the area.”
On Friday, expect cloudy skies and highs in the mid-20s. Overnight lows are expected to be in the teens. There is a 50 percent chance of snow starting around 1 a.m. on Saturday morning in Concord and the capital region, after midnight in Nashua and southern New Hampshire, and 1 a.m. on the Seacoast.

Snow is likely to continue, mainly before noon, with temps in the lower 20s. Accumulation is expected to be less than an inch in Concord and 2 inches in Nashua and on the Seacoast. Winds, however, could gust to 35 mph. Overnight lows are expected to be below zero.
Sunday will be clear and cold with highs in the teens and lows below zero during the evening and overnight hours.
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday are expected to be slightly warmer.
