Bow Mom Arrested For DWI With 3 Kids In Her Vehicle: Cops

Rebecca Testa was arrested on Saturday after allegedly driving through a cone package that was set up in a work zone.

BOW, NH — A local woman was arrested for drunk driving while allegedly driving with three of her kids in the vehicle, according to police. Rebecca Testa, 39, of Bow, was arrested on May 21, 2017, for aggravated DWI. At just before midnight on Saturday night, police were sent to a report of a large tree across the road on Bow Center Road, according to Sgt. Art Merrigan of the Bow Police Department.

“While assisting the Department of Transportation with a road closure, a vehicle drove through the cone package that was set up due to the work zone,” Merrigan alleged. “Officers were able to stop the vehicle and no one was injured.”

The driver – Testa – reportedly agreed to a field sobriety test and then, was arrested.

“Testa had three of her children, all under the age of 16 years of age, in the vehicle,” Merrigan reported. “The children were picked up at the scene by a family member.”

Testa was processed and released on personal recognizance bail. She’s due in Concord District Court on June 12.
