Reconsideration Denied: The Local Government Center Appeals to Supreme Court

I hadn’t expected such a quick response to the Local Government Center’s request for a reconsideration and stay of the hearing officers Final Order. So I apologize for the delay in getting this out. 

On September 24, the Hearing Officer, Donald Mitchell denied the Local Government Center’s request for reconsideration for the Final Order and to delay the terms of that order. 

The LGC is now asking the New Hampshire Supreme Court to stay the decision of the Final Order pending an appeal.
