Winter Weather Advisory for Southern NH through Tuesday

Weather will quickly change from calm to complicated very soon as a warm front will try to push out most of the embedded cold.

The National Weather Service has posted an Advisory affective until late Tuesday night.

A change in the weather is bringing with it some very unstable conditions over the next few days.  As I write this blog the temperature in Concord is 14 degrees and the expected low is around 5.

It could get below zero since the dew point sits at -10. During the early part of the day tomorrow everyone will be wondering what we are talking about. Sadly in the middle of the afternoon just before rush hour we will start to see precipitiation.

This will be a mix of light snow, light sleet with some rain until Tuesday night just before midnight until late morning when there is a VERY good chance the rain will become FREEZING RAIN and conditions would deteriorate very quickly.

Day time temps will be in the upper 20s to 30 by Tuesday then Wed expect 50s and Thursday 40. The precipitation will be from 1-to-4 inches once all is said and done Enjoy that because Friday we go into a very long stretch of NORMAL temperatures for the middle of winter.
