Buffalo Wild Wings Coming to Concord

If the Architectural Design Review Committee approves design elements of a proposed building project, Buffalo Wild Wings could be coming to Loudon Road.

The restaurant is part of a complete redesign of , the parcel located across the street from the and to the west of the store.

The 6,500 square foot restaurant will be located on the northeast side of the parcel. The owner of the parcel is also planning new retail and office space, along with new signage.

The Zoning Board of Adjustment approved three variances to a property in December in order to allow for the new restaurant and renovated offices and retail spaces.

According to documents in the Architectural Design Review Committee packet, some planning staff are concerned about the “harmony and compatibility” of the architectural character of the site. However, they also noted that the landscape plan “appears to be well designed.”

There are currently more than 600 Buffalo Wild Wings locations in 41 states, according to the company’s website.
