One Peer To Another

One Peer to Another is a member-driven, non-clinical organization designed to enable its members to develop and maintain their own unique wellness plans. As a Peer Support Agency, we believe in the power of community, mutuality, and collaborative empowerment.
At One Peer to Another, we follow a model known as Intentional Peer Support (IPS). At the core of IPS are strengthened relationships and core values. Our days are filled with learning, wellness tools, developing desired skill sets, building lasting relationships, and growing through community as we move toward wellness.
IPS is a warm, relational tool that provides connective support, inviting transformation and possibility.
IPS is a process where two people, or groups of people, use the relationship to look at things from new angles, develop greater awareness of personal and relational patterns, and support and challenge each other in trying new things. It's about building strong, healthier, interconnected communities.
