The First Sunday Jazz Jam will take place on Sunday, May 4, from 2:30-4:30 PM.
We're trying out a new location this month - American Legion Post #21 at 7 Perley Street in Concord. This non-smoking room offers comfortable seating, air-conditioning in the warmer months, a friendly staff, free popcorn, and a large selection of inexpensive beverages!
The American legion is a private club, but members of the public are welcome and encouraged to attend. Simply walk in the exterior door as shown in the photo and ring the buzzer next to the interior door. Once you're inside, please stop at the bar first to sign in on the guest list.
All Ages/Abilities
If you can sing or play a melody from the Real Book then you're ready to participate in our jam session - Ability to play a solo is not required!
We'll have a microphone for vocalists, a keyboard, drums, and a bass amp set up. Please bring your own music stands, instruments, and anything else you may need (Guitar players, please bring a small amp).
