Nicole developed her passion for cooking young while watching her mother in the kitchen. Nicole brings 20 plus years of culinary, restaurant management and hospitality skills to The Birches at Concord where she serves as Director of Dining Services. She loves sharing her culinary knowledge with others and especially finds joy in feeding her residents.
