Experience the highs and lows of long-distance hiking with Carey Kish, whose words,
images, and footsteps will take us over America’s Appalachian Trail, Pacific Crest Trail
and Continental Divide Trail. His journeys on this trifecta of big trails—in 2015, 2019 and
2024 respectively—earned him the “Triple Crown” of hiking. Spectacular mountain
scenery, challenging weather and terrain, and life lessons learned putting one foot in
front of the other alone on the trail for months on end are all part of the extraordinary
adventures Carey will share. Kish is a tireless hiker, freelance writer, and author of Beer Hiking New England, Best Day Hikes Along the Maine Coast and the Maine Mountain Guide.

Their current campaign seeks to address the injustices of PFAS pollution in the state and make polluters pay for the harm they have caused.

Michael Ansara was on the front lines. In this fascinating memoir, he traces an arc of discovery: from the hope and moral clarity of the Civil Rights Movement to the ten-year struggle to end the war in Vietnam, with its sit-ins, marches, confrontations, and antiwar riots.
