If you enjoy Celtic music, here’s a unique live music experience coming to Concord.
On Sunday, March 15 at 2:30 PM, CARA – Celtic Traditional Instrumental Music will perform in Hanna Hall at First Congregational Church (79 Clinton Street) as part of Jazz Sanctuary.
CARA is a group of five accomplished musicians who perform traditional Celtic instrumental music on guitar, mandolin, fiddles, a variety of beautiful flutes, and—of course—a penny whistle. They’ve appeared here before and are always a big hit with audiences. For this event, the group will provide music throughout the entire gathering, creating an afternoon filled with the sounds of Celtic tradition.
Jazz Sanctuary is a monthly event that blends live music, reflection, and a relaxed community atmosphere. Now celebrating its 11th anniversary, the series welcomes people of all backgrounds—whether you’re interested in the music, the conversation, or simply spending an hour in a thoughtful and uplifting environment.
Please note: this month’s event is in-person only and will not be live streamed.
If you’re curious, come experience something a little different—and feel free to bring a friend.
