Looking for a relaxed afternoon of live music and community? Join us for First Sunday Jazz Jam, an informal gathering where musicians of all ages and experience levels can get together and play.
Whether you've been playing for decades or are just getting started, you're welcome. Bring your instrument, your voice, or simply come to listen. Real Book melody is enough — no soloing required! Listeners are always welcome, too.
A drum kit, keyboard, bass amp, and vocal microphones will be set up and ready to use. Musicians should bring their own instruments, music stands, and any music they'll need. Guitarists should bring a small amp.
The First Sunday Jazz Jam meets on the first Sunday of each month, with fall and winter sessions held in Hanna Hall at First Congregational Church.
Come make some music, meet fellow musicians, or just enjoy the afternoon!
