Camry Stolen From Concord Recovered In New Jersey
A pizza delivery vehicle stolen from Domino's Pizza parking lot on North Main Street in early December has been found; no charges filed.

CONCORD, NH — A vehicle with a handgun inside, stolen from the parking lot of Domino’s Pizza on North Main Street in December 2021, has been found.
A black Toyota Camry with Texas plates, owned by a Domino’s Pizza delivery driver, that was stolen on Dec. 10, 2021, was recovered in New Jersey City, New Jersey, about a week later.
The delivery driver left the car unattended with its engine running in the parking lot and went into the store for a short time. A woman, who was almost hit by the car speeding out of the parking lot, went into the store to file a complaint about the driver. That was when the driver realized his car was stolen. A BOLO (be-on-the-lookout) call was issued statewide for the car after police found out a handgun was left inside the vehicle.

According to Deputy Chief John Thomas of the Concord Police Department, police in New Jersey recovered the firearm and some 9 mm magazines. The gun still had some rounds in it, he said.
No charges have been filed, Thomas said, but “recovered evidence,” which was found, “will be followed up by both agencies.”

Thomas said he did not expect the car to be impounded. Normally, that only occurs in a situation like a homicide case. An adjuster will look at the vehicle and, if it is still drivable, the owner can go down to New Jersey to pick it up, he said.
