CONCORD, NH — The Merrimack County Savings Bank Foundation granted $2,000 to CATCH Neighborhood Housing in support of the Riverbend Mill rental development project in Franklin. This is one of 19 awards presented by the Foundation to non-profit organizations this year, according to a press statement.
“Merrimack County Savings Bank and its employees are proud to support local organizations that help our communities thrive,” said Philip Emma, President of Merrimack County Savings Bank. “It’s our pleasure to offer any assistance we can to further the economic advancement of our community, and that’s what we see happening with CATCH’s renovation project at Riverbend Mill in Franklin.”
CATCH is rehabilitating the Riverbend Mill Building in Franklin, a horseshoe-shaped structure located within the city’s downtown. The building will be converted into 45 apartments at the project’s end in 2017.
