CATCH Welcomes New Board Members

CATCH Neighborhood Housing recently welcomed the addition of two new members to its board of directors. At its April meeting, the board unanimously approved the addition of Ms. Nancy Egner and Mr. James M. Gallagher III.

Ms. Egner, of Hillsborough, is the recently appointed Executive Director of Fellowship Housing, a Concord-based nonprofit that provides safe and affordable housing for the chronically mentally ill. Previously, Nancy was a Clinical Associate/Instructor of Psychiatry at Dartmouth College Medical School, and is also a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in the State of New Hampshire. Ms. Egner brings a wealth of knowledge from many avenues, and will provide guidance for many of CATCH’s strategic priorities, including the growing Resident Empowerment Program.

Mr. Gallagher, of Windham, is currently Senior Vice President/Commercial Loan Officer at Merrimack County Savings Bank. He began his commercial lending career with the Merrimack in 2002, and rejoined the bank in May of 2015 after spending approximately ten years employed in the commercial real estate divisions of two larger national banks. His commercial real estate lending experience spans various property segments in different markets and he has worked with a range of borrowers from local developers and real estate investors to large multi enterprise joint venture projects. This experience, as well as his experience on the boards of Marguerite’s Place and MP Housing, Inc. of Nashua, will be invaluable to CATCH’s growth and development.
