Chamber Board Elects Human Resource Partners President & Founder

The Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce recently tapped Human Resource Partners President Delise West to join the organization’s Board of Directors. West, founder of Human Resource Partners, a human resources outsourcing firm, has over 20 years of experience in the field of HR management in a variety of industries, including biotechnology, manufacturing, staffing, and healthcare.

Human Resource Partners’ team-based approach removes the questions and doubts about HR compliance for small/medium-sized businesses while positively impacting a company’s operations productivity and culture through leadership training using DiSC® facilitation and business operational coaching. Human Resource Partners supports clients in New Hampshire, northern Massachusetts and southern Maine from offices in Concord, NH and Dover, NH.

The Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce facilitates and sustains growth of businesses, organizations and events to promote a healthy thriving community. The Chamber has been working to advance the economic well-being of its members and the community for ninety five years.

In addition to her service to the Greater Dover Chamber of Commerce, Delise West is an active member of the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire’s Board of Directors, a graduate of Leadership Seacoast, and member of The Society for Human Resource Management.
