Chichester police, fire and rescue teams, and electrical workers were sent to Horse Corner Road after a single-car crash Thursday.
CHICHESTER, NH — Police, fire and rescue teams, and utility workers with Unitil, were sent to Horse Corner Road on Thursday for a car crash.
Around 1:45 p.m., Capital Region Fire Dispatch began receiving calls about a crash in the area with live wires down in the road. Chichester firefighters, EMTs, as well as police headed to the scene, an area between Bailey Road and Garvin Hill Road.
When they arrived, they confirmed live wires were draped across the car just before 2 p.m. The driver, a fire commander said, was remaining in the car due to the live wires. They said they would stay at the scene.
