Child Reportedly Falls From Apartment Window

CONCORD, NH — Concord Police and Fire and Rescue teams were at the scene of an injury reportedly involving a child and its mother earlier this afternoon on Loudon Road, according to scanner chatter. Limited information is available at post time but the two people were reportedly injured at the Morningstar Condominiums, and transported to Concord Hospital. According to reports, the child fell from a third-story window.

Police are at the scene speaking with witnesses and securing evidence while another officer was sent to the hospital to speak with the mother and child.

The state's DCYF and detectives are investigating the livability of the apartment. One man has also been removed from the apartment, according to scanner chatter.
