Child Sexual Assaulter Fails To Return To NH Halfway House: NH DOC
Officials are searching for Roland Labbe who was accused of not returning to the Calumet House in Manchester after a work search Wednesday.
CONCORD, NH — State officials are asking for the public’s help finding a convicted child sexual assaulter who was placed on escape status on Wednesday.
Roland J. Labbe, 66, was last seen around 9 a.m. after he signed out of the Calumet House in Manchester for an employment search. He was due to return at noon but failed to do so, the department of corrections said in an alert on Thursday. Labbe left the house on foot.
Labbe is white, about 5 feet, 5 inches tall, and weighs around 155 pounds. He has brown eyes, is bald, and wears glasses. Labbe was wearing a black jacket with a blue button shirt and pants and white sneakers.

Labbe was incarcerated for two counts of aggravated felonious sexual assault of a victim under 18 and the kidnapping of a victim under 18 in February 1996. His earliest parole eligibility date was October 2022.
