Citizen of the Year Nominations Underway

The Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce is looking for your advice on who to honor in 2013.

It's that time again! 

The Greater Concord Chamber of Commerce it accepting nominations for the Chamber’s highest honor, Citizen of the Year.

Citizen of the Year is given to a person in the community who has "demonstrated exceptional leadership and performance in several areas of community service over a period of years." Qualifications include residency in Merrimack County, with activities centered here, involvement in community service, and contributions to the general benefit of the community as a whole. The nominee does not have to be a member of the chamber or the business commuinty.

Citizen of the Year nominations will be accepted until Oct. 4, and will be presented at the Chamber's 94th Annual Meeting on Nov. 14, at the Grappone Conference Center.
