City Of Concord Begins Phased Reopening June 8

Several city facilities, departments, services will reopen for business by appointment with mask requirements, screenings for residents.

CONCORD, NH — The city of Concord will begin its first phase of reopening facilities and services Monday.

The city made the announcement Thursday noting a number of city departments will be open by appointment only. Residents and taxpayers needing to meet with the specific departments or receive certain services will be required to wear a mask and answer basic screening questions before entering city buildings. If customers don't have masks, one will be provided by for them, according to the city.

City employees will also be wearing masks. Sneeze guards and hand sanitizer stations have been installed and increased sanitization in city facilities will be performed.

Any resident who can't make an appointment to visit city facilities or doesn't want to wear a mask can still utilize online services to pay for car registrations, utilities, and other functions. Bills and other items can also be dropped off in the mail slot at city hall.
