City Of Concord: Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice and Belonging Committee Seeks Info
The city's DEIJB Committee is seeking to understand the lived experiences of Concord's diverse community groups.

The City's Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, Justice and Belonging (DEIJB) Committee is seeking to understand the lived experiences of Concord's diverse community groups. The City has contracted with a neutral third party, the Racial Equity Group, who will facilitate small group interviews to develop a deeper understanding of community members' experiences regarding equal access to City services and programs, equal treatment, equal economic and volunteer opportunities, and feelings of belonging and inclusion throughout our city. We want to hear from all of our diverse residents and stakeholders, including people who live, work, attend school, or do business in Concord. A final report of all feedback will inform the DEIJB Committee's Strategic Action Plan. Data will be de-identified and not link to any individual who participates to ensure confidentiality and protect anonymity. Please join us to help make Concord a community where everyone has a sense of belonging and inclusion.
