City Of Concord: New Statewide Motor Vehicle Fee Schedule

The State of New Hampshire has passed its biennial budget, and included in that legislation is a new statewide motor vehicle fee schedule that will take effect on January 1, 2026.
Any Motor Vehicle transactions processed on or after January 1, 2026, will be subject to the new 2026 state fees which were implemented by the State of NH.

Online motor vehicle renewals will be turned off on December 27, 2025 to allow for the new rates to be added to our software. Residents who wish to renew their December or prior registrations will need to visit the City of Concord Collections Office located at 41 Green Street, to complete their transaction.
January motor vehicle renewal notices will be mailed or emailed after January 2, 2026. Residents with January registrations can renew online after this date or they can still come to the Collections Office to complete their transaction.
