City of Concord Now Accepts Credit Cards
But there's a fee to use them to pay the fees.

The city of Concord collections office began accepting credit cards for payment of car registrations, tax collection, and utility bills, according to a press release this week.
At the time, only MasterCard and Discover are being accepted.
If you use a credit card to pay for the fees and bills, the city will tack on a 2.9 percent or $1.50 minimum transaction fee when using the credit card.
