Invitation to Bid

APRIL 17, 2026

The Merrimack Valley School District is soliciting bids for the original 2nd floor roof at the Merrimack Valley High School. The work will commence on June 22, 2026 and must be completed by Aug 7, 2026. 

A NON-MANDATORY PRE BID meeting will be held at the High School, located at 106 Village Street, Penacook, NH on May 7, 2026 at 10:00 am. Contractors that can’t attend the meeting must arrange a site visit by contacting Fred Reagan at 603-848-1741 or vis E-mail at freagan@mvsdpride.org.

Bid documents must be obtained by Emailing the request to Fred Reagan.

Bids must be received no later than 12:00 noon on May 14, 2026. Bids must be a sealed envelope clearly marked High School Roof Bid and delivered to the Superintendent’s office, located at 105 Community Drive, Penacook, NH 03303

Merrimack Valley School District reserves the right to reject any and or all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bids and in the Bidding, to accept any Bid that it may deem in its best interest, to negotiate the contract price with any Bidder and to omit any item or items deemed advisable for it’s best interest.
