Invitation to Bid

The Merrimack Valley School District is soliciting bids for the replacement of the shingled roofs at Webster Elementary School. The work will commence on June 22, 2026 and must be completed by Aug 7, 2026.

A PRE BID meeting will be held at Webster Elementary School, located at 936 Battle Street, Webster, NH on June 4, 2026 at 10:00 am.

Bid documents must be obtained by Emailing the request to Fred Reagan.

Bids must be received no later than 12:00 noon on June 10, 2026. Bids must be a sealed envelope clearly marked Webster Elementary School Roof Bid and delivered to the Superintendent's office, located at 105 Community Drive, Penacook, NH 03303

Merrimack Valley School District reserves the right to reject any and or all Bids, to waive any irregularities in the Bids and in the Bidding, to accept any Bid that it may deem in its best interest, to negotiate the contract price with any Bidder and to omit any item or items deemed advisable for it's best interest.
