ARRESTS: Merrimack Valley High School Student Charged with Statutory Rape

The following are incidents from the Concord Police Department Arrest Log. The log is open to the public and press: 

• Pamela Berube, 47, of Concord, was arrested on June 9, and charged with Conduct After an Accident. She was arrested at 12:59 p.m. on Plum Street.
• Ian Freeman, 18, of Contoocook, was arrested on June 11, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of Drugs, Transportation of Alcoholic Beverages by a Minor, Possession of Controlled Drugs, and Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. He was arrested at 11:52 p.m. in the South Main and Hall streets area of the city.
• Joseph Kinnear, 24, of South Berwick, Maine, was arrested on June 14, and charged with two counts of Simple Assault (personal weapons, hands/feet, etc.) and Criminal Trespass. He was arrested around 3 a.m. on Merlot Court.
• Tricia Duff, 52, of Concord, was arrested on June 15, on a Conduct After an Accident charge. She was arrested at around noon at the Market Basket on Fort Eddy Road.
• James Coughlin, 51, of Concord, was arrested at around 12:30 p.m. on June 15, on a bench warrant.
• Tiffany Monck, 30, of Concord, was arrested around 7 p.m. on June 15, on a False Report to Law Enforcement charge.
• William Wheeler, 49, of Concord, was arrested on June 15, on a Simple Assault (personal weapons) charge. He was arrested at around 8 p.m. on Fisherville Road.
• Richard Hewey, 20, of Warner, was arrested at 8:30 p.m. on June 15, and charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Default or Breach of Bail Conditions, at the Walmart on Loudon Road.
• Patrick Hobson, 19, of Concord, was arrested on June 6, and charged with Possession of Controlled Drugs and a bench warrant. He was arrested at 2:45 a.m. on Centre Street. He was reportedly in possession of marijuana at the time of the arrest.
• Kylie Lemire, 17, of Tilton, was arrested at 4:15 a.m. on June 16, on a Resisting Arrest and Detention charge at the Thirty Pines Store on Village Street.
• Kathleen Buckman, 48, of Manchester, was arrested on June 16, and charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension, Suspended Registration, Possession of Drugs, and Possession of Controlled Drugs. She was arrested around 4:40 a.m. while driving on Bouton Street.
• Patrick Doyle, 18, of Concord, was arrested on June 16, and charged with Sexual Assault, Statutory Rape. He was arrested at 8:55 a.m. at Merrimack Valley High School.
• Robert Gaynor, 27, of Webster, was arrested at 4:45 p.m. on June 16, on a Driving After Revocation or Suspension charge on Loudon Road.
• Guy Hanson, 51, of Concord, was arrested on June 16, on a Disorderly Conduct charge. He was arrested around 6 p.m. on Fisherville Road.
• John Velez-Ramos, 21, of Quincy, Mass., was arrested at 10 p.m. on June 16, on Fayette Street, on a Criminal Trespass charge.
• Meghan Paquette, 24, of Concord, was arrested on June 17, on two bench warrants. She was picked up on Concord Street at 1:23 a.m.
• Jennifer Braley, 18, was arrested on June 17, on an Unlawful Possession of Alcohol charge. She was arrested around 1:45 a.m. on Rolfe Street.
• Sean Carslaw, 18, of Concord, was arrested on June 17, and charged with Prohibited Sales; Alcoholic Beverages, Default or Breach of Bail Conditions, and Bail Jumping. He was arrested at 2 a.m. on East Street.
• Bradley Field, 18, of Concord, was arrested on June 17, and charged with Unlawful Possession of Alcohol. He arrested at 3:26 a.m. on Loudon Road.
• Travis Pelkey, 18, of Concord, was arrested on June 17, on an Unlawful Possession of Alcohol charge. He was arrested on Centre Street around 3:30 a.m.
• Andrew Cate, 18, of Loudon, was arrested on June 17, and charged with Simple Assault. He was arrested at Merrimack Valley High School at 3:24 p.m.
• Lincoln Nelson, 36, of Concord, was arrested on June 17, and charged twice with Second Degree Assault, as well as Criminal Trespass, Criminal Restraint, and Obstructing Report of Crime or Injury charges. He was arrested at 5:21 p.m. on Pleasant Street.
• Erica Morrissey, 22, of Manchester, was arrested on June 17, and charged with Simple Assault (personal weapons). She was arrested at 7:50 p.m. on South Main Street.
