ARRESTS: Man Busted with Cocaine in Penacook

The following are incidents from the Concord Police Department Arrest Log. The log is open to the public and press: 

• Matthew Perry, 28, of Concord, was arrested on June 18, and charged with Simple Assault, Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), Criminal Trespass, and Obstructing Report of Crime or Injury. He was arrested at 1:55 a.m. on West Street.
• Anthony Hilliard, 21, of Laconia, was arrested on June 18, and charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer. He was arrested at 11:15 a.m. after reportedly stealing chicken wings from the WalMart on Loudon Road.
• Rosemarie Hughes-Smith, 56, was arrested at 9:55 a.m. on June 18, on an outstanding arrest warrant.
• Hussein Hindal, 18, of Concord, was arrested at 1:06 p.m. on June 18, at Rollins Park, on a Bench Warrant for a previous charge.
• Jessica King, 24, of Concord, was arrested on June 18, and charged with Theft. She was arrested at 2:50 p.m. on Storrs Street.
• Jay Segal, 25, of Center Barnstead, was arrested on June 19, and charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of Controlled Drugs, and Possession of Drugs. He was arrested around 12:10 a.m. on Loudon Road.
• Derek Deschenes, 23, of Henniker, was arrested on June 19, and charged with Simple Assault (personal weapons) and Default or Breach of Bail Conditions. He was arrested at 7:45 p.m. on South State Street.
• Crystal Olivier, 25, of Pembroke, was arrested on June 19, on an outstanding warrant.
• Charles Cooper, 23, of Concord, was arrested on June 19, on two counts of Criminal Mischief (vandalism). He was arrested on Loudon Road around 3:15 a.m.
• Robert Michaud, 50, of Concord, was arrested on June 19, on two counts of Sale of Controlled Drugs. He was arrested at around 9 a.m. at the Sam’s Convenience Store on Village Street in Penacook, and was alleged to have been in possession of nearly eight grams of cocaine. He was held in Concord District Court without bail.
• Tammy Ward, 34, of Concord, was arrested on June 20, and charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension. She was arrested around 5 p.m. in the area of South Main and Hall streets.
• Thomas Geary, 64, of Concord, was arrested on June 21, and charged with Possession of Alcoholic Beverages on Public Property. He was arrested around 12:10 a.m. in the Storrs Street area after reportedly being seen with a can of beer.
