Concord Arrest Log (Aug. 13, 2011)

A number of people were arrested on bailing jumping, breach, or duty to report charges.

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.  

  • Michael Clark, 43, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 10, and charged with Driving After Revocation or Suspension. He was arrested on North Main Street at 6 a.m.
  • Damir Seifija, 23, of Malden, Mass., was arrested on Aug. 10, on a Driving After Revocation or Suspension charge. He was arrested at 10:20 a.m. on Loudon Road.
  • Jessica Houle, 29, of Epping, was arrested on Aug. 10, and charged with Theft. She was arrested at 5:20 p.m. at the Sears on Loudon Road. Police allege that Houle stole a pair of pliers valued at $24.98.
  • Timothy Ploof, 47, of Acton, Mass., was arrested at 10:10 p.m. on Aug. 10, and charged with Default or Breach of Bail Conditions, Bail Jumping, and Duty to Report, from March 28, April 5, and April 6. Ploof was held without bail.
  • Corey Miller, 19, of Pembroke, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 10, on a Default or Breach of Bail Conditions, from Oct. 10, 2010. He was arrested at the Merrimack County House of Corrections.
  • Jospeh Fortier, 51, of Concord, was arrested at 10:51 a.m. on Aug. 11, on a Duty to Report charge.
  • Felicia Farruggia, 23, of Laconia, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. on Aug. 11, on Bail Jumping and Bench Warrant charges.
  • Logan Nipp, 26, of Concord, was arrested at 12:20 a.m. on Aug. 12, and charged with three counts of Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer, Burglary, and Criminal Liability for Conduct of Another. The charges stem from an incident at Concord Gardens on March 5. Nipp was also charged with two counts of Receiving Stolen Property on March 22 and April 2, on behalf of the Manchester Police Dept.
  • William Strickland, 52, of Concord, was arrested a 2:45 a.m. on Aug. 12, on one count of Generic City Ordinance Violation. He was arrested at the intersection of Centre and Main streets.
