Concord Arrest Log (Aug. 16, 2011)

The Concord Police were busy last week with theft arrests.

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. 

  • Sarah Miller, 17, of Warner, was arrested at 5:47 p.m. on Aug. 9, and charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and Receiving Stolen Property. She was arrested at The Shoe Dept. at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road. Police allege that Miller stole hoop earring and sneakers from Claire’s Boutique and The Shoe Dept. valued at nearly $60.
  • Theresa Caplette, 47, of Concord, was arrested at 8:15 p.m. on Aug. 9, on a Theft charge at Shaw’s on D’Amante Drive. Police allege that Caplette stole $52 worth of groceries.
  • Laura Cate, 25, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 11, and charged with Criminal Mischief (Vandalism). She was arrested at 11:30 on Fisherville Road. Police allege that Cate vandalized a 1995 Ford Escort.
  • Augustine Ndikumana, 39, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 12, on a Reckless Operation charge. He was stopped at 8:37 a.m. while driving on Loudon Road.
  • April Allaire-Aubut, 34, of Pembroke, was arrested on Aug. 12, and charged with Theft, Endangering the Welfare of a Child/Incompetent, Default or Breach of Bail Conditions, and a Bench Warrant. She was arrested at 10:47 a.m. at the Wal-Mart on Loudon Road. Police allege that Allaire-Aubut stole 74 items valued at $904.47.
  • Jason Aubut, 33, of Pembroke, was arrested at 10:47 a.m. on Aug. 12, and charged with three counts of Theft and Endangering the Welfare of a Child/Incompetent. Police allege that Aubut was involved in stealing $904.47 worth of items from Wal-Mart on Loudon Road. He was also charged with stealing more than $2,000 from Sears at the Steeplegate Mall on Loudon Road on July 20 and Aug. 1.
  • Christopher Morganelli, 20, of Pembroke, was arrested on Aug. 12, and charged with Second Degree Assault (Personal Weapons), Criminal Mischief (Vandalism), and Reckless Conduct; Place Another in Danger. He was arrested 4:20 p.m. on Chesley Street.
