Concord Arrest Log (Aug. 17, 2011)

The following information was supplied by the Concord Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction. 

• Shannon Gibson, 34, of Concord, was arrested at 4:25 a.m. on Aug. 13, on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested on North Main Street.
• Janet Smith, 44, of Concord, was arrested at 10:37 a.m. on a Bench Warrant. She was arrested on Perry Street.
• Chelsie Fredette, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 11:24 a.m. on Aug. 13, and charged with Theft, Receiving Stolen Property, and Possession and Use of Tobacco Products by Minors. Police allege the Fredette stole an item from the Burlington Coat Factory and two items from Marshalls, which are both located on Storrs Street.
• Jennifer Braley, 17, of Concord, was arrested at 12:14 p.m. on Aug. 13, and charged with Theft and Receiving Stolen Property. Police allege Braley stole women’s clothing and jewelry from Burlington Coat Factory on Storrs Street valued at nearly $158.
• Felicia Jordan, 21, of Northwood, was arrested on Aug. 13, and charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking or Transfer and a Warrant. Jordan was arrested at 7 p.m. Police allege that Jordan was in possession of jewelry stolen from a Heartwood Lane apartment on July 21. The items were valued at about $530.
• Katie Hill, 20, of Concord, was arrested on Aug. 13, and charged with Simple Assault (Personal Weapons). She was arrested at 11 p.m. on Loudon Road. Police allege that Hill assaulted her spouse.
• Donna Summers, 46, of Burlington, Ver., was arrested on Aug. 13, and charged with Indecent Exposure and Lewdness. She was arrested at 5:06 p.m. on the State House Plaza.
