He has an Oct. 3 court date.</li> <li>Zachary Michael Marcus, 20, of Ridgefield, Conn., was arrested Aug. 22 for allegedly having a courterfeit or forged license. He has a court date of Sept. 26.</li> <li>William G. Strickland Jr., 52, of Concord, was arrested Aug. 23 and charged with theft by unauthorized taking or transfer in connection with certain items, including two 30-packs of Budweiser, allegedly taken from Hannaford's on Fort Eddy Road.</li> <li>Kimberly Ann Landry, 28, of Franklin, was arrested Aug. 23 and charged with theft by unauthorized taking. She allegedly took two $30 Royal Riches Lottery tickets, police said.</li> </ul>
